A Mini Docu-Series
The purpose of this “Neighbors in Need” Docu-Series is to shine light on the truth about homelessness through sharing the stories of our neighbors in need, help us understand them on a deeper level to ease the stigma, re-humanizing the homeless community, and provide our community with a way to become part of the solution.
Episode 1 | The Midnight Mission
HOMELESSNESS CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE.
Thank you to The Midnight Mission for being a part of this Movement and helping us do what we can, where we are with what we have to make a difference around us!
Thank you so much to the participants who were courageous enough to be a light and share their truth with the world. These are strong, resilient individuals who fell on hard times and just needed a hand getting on the right track. As a community, we have the resources to help them, so we should.
Thank you to Ryan’s View Co. for help with Production.
Thank you to every sponsor and partner for making this project possible and helping us provide face masks, hygienic supplies, plastic gloves and water to The Midnight Mission.
Let’s do what we can, where we are with what we have to sew love into our communities and help our neighbors in need. Let’s share this message to help everyone better understand what really happens in the lives of a homeless individual and show how they are now different than we are. We are all the same. This is a a message that I hope will inspire the members of our community to become a part of the solution.
